Plastic Waste management in Nagar Palika and municipality

Plastic use is increasing rising in most cities, towns and villages which do not have an integrated solid waste management system. This means that very little plastic waste is properly collected or disposed of, resulting in a massive waste-management challenge.

Concept Biotech understands the need for plastic waste management in rural India. This is an ideal project under CSR or as Entrepreneurship model which can create employment and increase business opportunities we can set up a shed wherein all dry waste is collected and segregated into paper, plastics, by local youth or women self-help groups. Upon collecting a sizable amount of dry waste they are baled to reduce the volume and sold to pollution control board authorized recyclers and the money earned is shared within the self-help group. This is a good earning model for them and helps keep the village clean of plastic waste.
